Mr. Issa Shabani Mfinanga is an Assistant Lecturer in the Faculty of Science Department of Biometry and Mathematics at the Sokoine University of Agriculture where he has been a faculty member since 2015.
Mfinanga completed his Masters Degree at the University of Dar Es Salaam and his undergraduate studies at Muslim University of Morogoro. His research interests lie in the area of Science Teaching Methodologies, ranging from theory to design up to implementation, with a focus on improving education quality.
Mfinanga has served as Assistant Lecturer at Muslim University of Morogoro for five years since 2011, where he was also appointed to be the Acting Examination Officer and he served for three years since 2011.
He completed his Diploma in Education at Monduli Teachers College in 2005, in 2002 he completed his Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education at Mkwawa high school and in 1999 he completed his Certificate for Secondary Education from Lyamungo Secondary School.
Mfinanga is a Pare by tribe and was born in 1980 and he is the proud and obsessed father of one wife and five sons.
