What we Offer

The College's fundamental mandates

  1. To conduct training in various applied sciences, informatics and computational sciences, mathematics and statistics, biosciences, physics and chemistry, environment and geography disciplines to undergraduate and postgraduate students at all levels.
  2. To conduct research and consultancy services in various disciplines in the field of applied sciences, informatics and computational sciences, mathematics and statistics, biosciences, physics and chemistry, environment and geography.
  3. To establish academic linkages between the College and other institutions to enable undertakings of students and staff exchange, joint curriculum developments, knowledge and experience sharing, students’ supervision, managing joint research programmes in applied sciences, informatics and computational sciences, mathematics and statistics, biosciences, physics and chemistry, environment and geography and arranging for various academic and research supports where necessary.
  4. To conduct short courses/seminars/workshops related to the field of environmental and bio-physical sciences for different stakeholders within and outside the University.
  5. To solve different community problems related to applied sciences, informatics and computational sciences, mathematics and statistics, biosciences, physics and chemistry, environment and geography.
  6. To prepare policies and conduct programme evaluations.
